Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: to be set on launch. This policy describes what you may not do with Craflio (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination.
1. Prohibited content
Do not create, upload, or generate content that:
- Infringes intellectual property — including copyrighted characters, logos, or designs, and registered trademarks — that you do not have the right to use.
- Is sexual content involving minors, or sexualises real identifiable people without consent.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm, or harasses or threatens others.
- Promotes hate or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or facilitates illegal activity, including counterfeit goods.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access the Service or other users’ data without authorisation.
- Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, billing, or content moderation.
- Overloading or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure, or introducing malware.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Using automated output to mislead buyers about how a product is made or what it contains.
3. Connected sales channels
When publishing to a marketplace through the Service, you remain responsible for complying with that marketplace’s policies (for example, its handmade and intellectual-property rules) and applicable law, including product safety and labelling.
4. Enforcement
We may review, block, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. Where appropriate we will give you an opportunity to address the issue.
5. Reporting
To report a violation or a claim of infringement, contact us at [contact email — to be set on launch].
